NativeGrind vs other open-source Grindr clients
NativeGrind isn't the only unofficial client. Open Grind is another well-known one. They target different devices, so the best choice mostly depends on what you use.

Choose NativeGrind if
You're on Apple devices and want apps that feel native on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, or you want encrypted sync between them.
Choose Open Grind if
You're on Android, Windows or Linux, want ready-made downloads, or prefer an MIT-licensed project.
