What is NativeGrind?
NativeGrind is an unofficial, open-source Grindr client built natively in SwiftUI for Apple devices. It signs in with your own Grindr account.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, with a companion Apple Watch app.
Can I sign in with Apple?
Yes, with Advanced Login. Get a one-time code from the Grindr OAuth browser extension and paste it into the Advanced Login tab. Email, Google and Facebook sign-in work too.
Is NativeGrind made by Grindr?
No. It's an independent project and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Grindr LLC.
Could using it affect my account?
Possibly. Using any third-party client can break a service's terms, and accounts that do can be restricted or banned. You use NativeGrind at your own risk.
What is NativeServer?
An optional service that syncs your chats and accounts between your devices and backs up media. Synced data is encrypted on your device with a key only your devices hold. The standard app doesn't use it at all.
Who can use it?
Only people aged 18 or over.
Is it free?
Yes, for personal use under the NativeGrind Licence. Commercial use needs written permission.
